The NANPA Nature Celebration is open to anyone interested in nature photography. Our speakers will be discussing the state and future of photography as well as issues concerning the greater Yellowstone ecosystem. There will be sessions by bison and wolf researchers, keynote speakers, Lightning Talks, panel discussions and so much more. We will gather together for gallery walks, in coffee shops, impromptu photo shoots, and other fun activities around Jackson. You'll receive a link to the Sched app after registration to keep you up-to-date on all the activities -- and to locate friends or find new ones! Go to our website and click on Join NANPA now. What do I bring? We'll be using the Sched app for the program and to communicate with other attendees, so bring your cell phone, for sure. May in Jackson can be cool or even snowy, so bring warm clothes and dress in layers. You'll want comfortable shoes for walking around the town of Jackson and during the event. Keynote and educational sessions will be held inside the Center for the Arts, but the vendor area will be outside on the lawn. Want to try out new cameras and lenses? You can! Major vendors will be there to lend you equipment to use in the field. This Celebration is located in a beautiful area of Wyoming, so you'll probably want to come early or stay late to photograph. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Unless you are a student member of NANPA, all college student tickets will be required to send proof of current college enrollment to the NANPA Office at time of purchase or ticket will be cancelled. Written requests for registration refunds or cancellations must be emailed or postmarked on or before April 20, 2018. There is no charge for cancellation prior to February 1, 2018. Beginning February 1, 2018, all Celebration registrations will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. One-day registrations will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be made for keynote speaker only tickets or requests submitted after April 20, 2018. Refunds will not be made for no-shows regardless of the reason. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can use a printed ticket or we will have scanners available to scan your smart phones. Can I update my registration information? Yes, until May 1st. After that date we may not be able to process changes.
