Fall Prevention Fair
Join EIRMC and Eastern Idaho Public Health on Saturday, September 6th from 10 am – 2 pm at the EIRMC Medical Office Building located at 2860 Channing Way in an effort to raise awareness about fall prevention and providing education to help you prevent falls.
The Fall Prevention Fair will help you learn how to care for your whole body while visiting professionals who specialize in fall prevention including physicians, dietitians, physical and occupational therapists, vision and hearing specialists and more. You will have the opportunity to participate in a fun exercise class that focuses on fall prevention. There will also be educational booths related to insurance, traumatic brain injury, dementia and related diseases, and mental health.
Bring a list of your medications, old eyeglasses to donate, questions about aging and comfortable shoes and join us at the first annual Fall Prevention Fair.
