The Festival runs from 11:00am to 7:00pm. \nAdmission is FREE. \n This spectacular Annual Greek Festival is a wonderful family event that draws many visitors each year. Guests can plan to enjoy mouthwatering Greek cuisine and homemade pastries\, traditional Greek dancing performances\, and much more.  \n The food and drink will entice you and the hospitality will overwhelm you.” The Greeks have a word for it – ‘Kali Orexi’. It can best be translated as ‘good appetite’\, but we favor the more colloquial saying ‘eat heartily’. With this in mind\, we have compiled the favorite foods from Greece. \n “Good food nurtures your body. Greek food nurtures your soul. Come with a big appetite and leave the cooking to us.”  Delectable favorites on the menu include a la carte choices like Spanakopita\, Tyropita\, Stuffed Grape Leaves\, Greek Village Salad\, Gyro Pita Sandwich\, Loukániko “Greek Sausage” Pastitsio with Greek Salad and Roasted Leg of Lamb with rice prepared over an open spit. \n Guests can top off their meals with homemade Greek pastries at the always-popular dessert booth. Baked by the ladies of our community using time-honored recipes\, the creations include our signature pastry – Baklava – along with Loukoumathes\, Kourabiethes\, Ouzo Cake\, Karidopita\, Baklava Sundaes\, and other favorites. Pastries are sold individually or packaged in assortment boxes. All of the food and pastries are available for take-out.  \n Greek Dance and music are integral parts of Greek culture. Performances by Dionysios Greek Dance Troupe from Salt Lake City they will showcase the music and traditional dances.
